Methods of production

Mould casting treatment:

WEKA light metal casting parts are exclusively produced by mould casting treatment as this treatment has a very low production tolerance and additionally features a very high solidness and density. The mould casting treatment is suitable for medium to large series, in which the mould is always the central part. All moulds are produced by our own mould-maker, what allows us to create customized moulds on individual requests of our clients.

Stamp treatment

WEKA is equipped with a very wide range of in-plant stamping tools, in order to produce a large variety of different stamping items in big series. WEKA only uses the best and high classed aluminium bands as these are essential for the high quality products.

CNC Milling

WEKA bulk-material shields are manufactured on own CNC machines and are suited especially for the export markets with their different standards Through the easy adjustment of computer aided milling programmes, we can offer any distance in the area of door fittings. Because of low set-up costs CNC milling is highly applicable for small production series.
